BLTA

You are probably wondering what BLTA means. It is a recipe my sister found in a cookbook, and it stands for Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado.  However, this recipe has a twist in it that is low-carb.  How might that work, you ask?  You replace the bread with chicken!

Here are step-by-step pictures of how I made them:

Thinly sliced chicken breasts with mayo

Add bacon

Then avocado slices

Tomatoes

Top with lettuce


Add the other "bread"

And here you have it...BLTAs
